Empowering people and helping them to realize their dreams is a passion of Rhodesia Lee-Butler. Educator, Entrepreneur and Nationally Certified Empowerment Coach to name a few, she has quickly transformed into one of the leading women business owners in Northeast Florida.
Rhodesia has earned numerous awards in her Education Career, as a serial Business owner, and looks forward to becoming a first time Author in 2022. She was nominated as a Minority Woman Business Owner here in our Jacksonville community and won the 2019 Best Society Award for Best Performing Arts Studio.
Educationally, Rhodesia has served the Duval County public schools for the past 18 years as Teacher, Specialist, Early College Coordinator, Dean of Students, and currently a Regional Assistant Principal for Middle Schools.
Rhodesia takes Entrepreneurship by storm holding a Cosmetology License since 1995, owning, and operating several Hair Salons, Children’s Clothing and Dancewear store, as well as the Founder and Co-Founder of several Non-Profit Organizations.
In 2009, Rhodesia decided to consolidate her businesses under her enterprises, Simply Rho Lee3, LLC. Here you will find her operating her own Pageant Consulting Firm, “For the Art of Crowning,” her Empowerment Life Coaching, Empowerment Business Workshops and Training, and Founder of Attitudes Performing Arts Studio for the past 31 years.
Born in St. Albans Queens, New York but educated here in our Duval County Public Schools graduating from Stanton College Prep, receiving several scholarships to Florida State University where she was a Majorette and Flute player in FSU Band and Jacksonville University-completing a Masters’ Degree in Educational Leadership.
Rhodesia is the proud mother of 3 amazing adult daughters LoReal, Gabrielle, and Danielle Butler and 3 beautiful grands. She is a Servant Leader servingGod First, Family Second, and serving her community third to include a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, sitting on several boards to include the Jacksonville Black Expo, and UNCF.
Rhodesia is also a very proud member of Bethel Baptist Institutional Church under Bishop Rudolph McKissick Jr. and First lady, Pastor Kimberly McKissick. She believes with God First ALL Things are Possible.
